Mojatu Legal Centre
The Mojatu Legal Centre, a cornerstone of the Mojatu Foundation, serves as a vital lifeline for those whom the traditional legal system often leaves behind.
Mojatu Legal centre solely exists to help the community.
At the helm of the centre is Vitalis Ngadi Esq, a Solicitor of England and Wales and a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, brings a dual-qualified perspective to the complex web of immigration, Asylum and Citizenship law and employment law.
Beside him is Peter Makossah Esq, a multi-platform Attorney in England and Wales, a seasoned investigative journalist and a former police officer in Malawi, whose distinctive careers have been defined by social justice advocacy, Human Rights activism, investigative Journalism and media rights.
The areas of practice include; Immigration, nationality & Asylum, Employment Law, Family Law, Housing and Landlord among other areas of law.
Within its walls, the air is thick with the gravity of human stories—asylum seekers seeking safety, families facing the terrifying prospect of eviction, and workers fighting for their basic rights.
This is where the “hassle” of bureaucracy is dismantled by two men dedicated to the belief that the law should be a shield, not a barrier.
