Mojatu radio

Mojatu Radio has been broadcasting since 2013 and is the first radio station in Nottingham aimed at informing, educating and entertaining African communities.

Like all of Mojatu’s media platforms, our radio station aims to empower black and minority groups by sharing their stories – to encourage a sense of belonging and create change on issues that affect them.

We also provide training to BME people so they have the tools to amplify their voices and tell their own stories.

Our coverage focuses on the lives of new groups in Nottingham, like refugees and migrants, as well as seeking to raise the aspirations of our target communities with positive stories of success and achievement.
